Our e-learning station is located within the induction room on site.

It provides us an area to allow operatives and subcontractors to carry out e-learning provided by the Robertson E-Academy and e-learning provided by the Considerate Constructor Scheme.

Once the e-learning is completed we place all certificates onto the wall outside the Induction Room which allows the site to see the progress.

This e-learning station is also utilised for retraining operatives after a near miss, incident or yellow card.

The site team will provide related e-learning to the operative to carry out before they are allowed back on site, this compliments the existing procedure of carrying out a toolbox talk.

The use of a laptop allows the site team to utilise online videos showing safe systems of work and videos such as cable strikes, fires and scaffold collapses.

We believe this way allows us to provide more details and information to the operative and that they will take this on board when returning to site.
