Edge protection

Safety hazards of all sizes should be given the full attention of the site.

Falling debris can cause serious injuries and in many cases, could’ve been easily avoided.

The example below demonstrates how one site covered this:

  • The entire precast construction requires a special bolted joint at column tops with a risk of dropping grout, top nuts, tools, trowels, boat levels up to 40 storeys;
  • The Column Hopper has been designed for this job to catch any such fall;
  • Easily manoeuvrable by two operatives, easily size modified and cheap.
