To enthuse the workforce and align them with current relevant, industry aligned issues, we have attempted to encourage enrolment in the CCS e-learning courses.

Using a poster we have grabbed attention using the incentive of a bacon roll for successful completion of the current e-learning modules available on the Best Practice Hub.

We have found that these modules are not only relevant and informative but also contribute to a parallel culture in terms of topic and all round approach here at the LSE CBR scheme.

This is an initiative that can be adopted by all sites, maybe with different incentives, to encourage fuller collaboration with the Considerate Constructors Scheme.
