Equality Frameworks

Site managers need to consider the needs of a diverse workforce, to attract and retain talented individuals.

The construction industry currently has an increasing skills shortage and needs to attract the under-represented sections of the working populations, such as women and ethnic minorities.

Much of the best performances witnessed on site are from contractors who follow equality frameworks, to provide a fair and comfortable working environment, to include everyone in the workforce.
