Familiarisation Training for Plant Hire
This contractor developed an app for the project to allow their hire partner, to identify who has completed the mobile training and test quiz, before they are handed over the hired plant they have requested, to show they have understood the operation of the plant. This is completed alongside a training video.
This is a specific app that was developed for the project instead of being a generic tool. It’s a collaborated idea that is being used live on this project.
Having this tool helps identify the people that need to use plant/equipment have understood the operation and use, to keep themselves and others safe. It also identify those that may need more comprehensive training.
