Fatigue Control System

To address fatigue, the site access control system flags up when operatives have exceeded certain trigger points. This temporarily stops their access to the site.

They are then asked to complete a questionnaire on fatigue devised by HealthWORKS Newcastle.

Chill out zones are set up so everyone is able to find time to relax away from the working environment.
