Food Hygiene

The site team decided to reward the workforce with a fry up on Fridays as a thank you. The team considered that they needed to be sure that they were covered in order to cook food with thoughts of summer BBQs and weekly operative fry ups, a small amount is charged in order to put forward to the current charity organisation.

So with this in mind the Site Manager took a Level 2 Food Hygiene course and gained a certificate which ensures that food is stored, prepared and cooked correctly as this is a workplace environment.
