Silent Piling

Silent Piling is a method of sheet pile installation and extraction that uses no vibration or percussion.

Instead, with the combination of a reaction stand providing counter force and the utilisation of the reaction force of the previously installed piles it is able to drive piles without the need for  percussion or vibration aids, thus reducing the chance of nuisance (noise & vibration) pollution.

To extract piles, the same procedure to install the sheet piles takes place in reverse.
