The Stobhill team have installed an environmentally friendly ‘Go Hoard’ hoarding system on site.

The Go Hoard panels by Blok N Mesh UK are manufactured from 50% recycled PVC and have been made to be completely recyclable after use. The system is installed with ‘No dig’ Kentledge blocks to eliminate the requirement for excavation close to live services.

Project Manager Paul Allan noted that not only is the hoarding environmentally friendly, but it also brought health and safety benefits for the project, as using the Kentledge block system removed the potential risk of an underground service strike caused by digging. It also saved a lot of manual handling as they used a forklift to install the blocks.
