Goldeni Monitoring System

Goldeni is an energy monitoring system that is being used to monitor the contractors power and water usage in the welfare and on site. This system also monitors internal and external air quality and temperatures for the workforce.

Using this system they noticed that a client’s tenant was using large amounts of water on site so they approached the client to use the system to monitor water usage and found they were using over 470,000 litres per month.

From this information the contractor then advised that a rain water harvesting system could be used on the large roof area in line with a Syphonic roof system and this was then approved by the client, they have now installed this which will feed the new wash down bays for the fleet. This initiative has saved approximately 7-8 million litres of water a year.
