At every site, the nearest A&E hospital location should be clearly displayed in sensible locations, like the site entrance and staff canteen, where they can be clearly seen.

If possible, a copy of the site address details and nearest hospital route maps should also be included.

Techniques like this could save valuable time, transporting an injured person to the nearest hospital. When accidents do occur, reaction time is vitally important.

Seddon have introduced a QR smartphone scan for directions to the nearest hospital and also included grab sheets showing directions to the hospital, which are located on a noticeboard at the main entrance to the site.
