Green Route Matting
Typically, our green routes were marked out with spray painted arrows. However, after investigation, we found that this was not always clear due to arrows being covered with materials.
The Broadway project has now implemented green matting to all green routes so they are easily identifiable to visitors to the project. Along with signage, the matting allows those who may be unfamiliar with the site to quickly recognise if they have diverted into an area which requires PPE.
As the green matting runs from entry to the exit of the site, it also highlights the exit routes in the case of an emergency.
