Hazard identification room

CSJV set up a hazard identification room on site where 10 staged environmental hazards were set up.

Teams of site operatives and supervisors were quizzed on the hazards for a chance to win a prize.

Two sessions were held which were highly interactive.

The hazards included fuel containers stored on a plant nappy as opposed to the correct bund, used spill kit material in an empty spill kit bin, and also COSHH stored in a mixed bin.

The outcomes were very positive and the operatives had a refreshment on the different coloured spill kit material, and also correct bunding sizes.
