Health information displayed in restrooms

Health lifestyle advice is displayed in the sites rest rooms.

This information is changed on a monthly basis and relevant to the time of year, as well as any health initiative that the site is running.

It is kept ‘live’ so that operatives notice that the poster has changed and they are more likely to read the information that is displayed.

Examples include:

  • Awareness of medications;
  • Advice to stop smoking;
  • Dehydration urine colour chart;
  • Healthy eating guides;
  • Alcohol limits;
  • Calories in food;
  • Seasonal guidance;
  • Mental health;
  • Stress;
  • Advice contact numbers.
