We have installed within our Gym a health kiosk for all of our workforce to use.

This machine takes around 90 seconds to use and measures your weight, height, systolic/diastolic blood pressure, pulse rate, body fat, fat mass and free fat mass.

Once the cycle has completed it prints out a receipt showing your results, it also references the BMI, weight and blood pressure results to the World Health Organisations values.

The Kiosk records the time and date of your checks and this can be saved in the memory in order for each individual to create a record of every time they use the machine.

This can then be referenced against previous health checks in order to monitor any targets you may have set for yourself and allow you to make a more informed decision as to your health and wellbeing.

The Health Kiosk has proved extremely popular with our workforce and seems to be encouraging friendly competition amongst friends and colleagues, so much so that the Gym has never been as popular as it is now.

This is a very simple health related initiative, that is proving very valuable to the workforce.
