Honesty Award
On this project they have implemented an Honesty Award.
When workers show an honest attitude for instance by returning a lost wallet or mobile phone to security they receive an Amazon voucher.
Then during the next project stand down they are awarded a certificate from the Project Director and their picture is put up at site reception.
This is seen as a good way to recognise good moral attitudes and encourages others to act the same.
