Hydrogen and Electric Mobile Elevating Work Platforms

This contractor is using hydrogen and electric Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWP). This equipment was hired from Speedy and can be charged from mains power, but its battery lasts for the full duration of use without needing hydrogen. As a result, zero emissions were produced during its operation.

The MEWP combines the benefits of hydrogen and electric power to create a zero-emission solution for construction sites. The ability to operate without producing emissions is a significant advancement over traditional diesel-powered equipment. This technology not only reduces the environmental impact but also demonstrates the feasibility of using alternative energy sources in construction.

Setting a new standard for environmentally friendly equipment. The use of hydrogen and electric power can lead to significant reductions in emissions, contributing to cleaner and more sustainable construction practices.
