‘I am Here’ Campaign

TC2 Cherrywood has recently launched there ‘I am Here’ Campaign on site. The campaign aims to raise awareness for mental health and wellbeing of the Sisk workforce.

Becoming a tribe member by undertaking a 30 minute training course will assist the overall objective of taking care of an improving our mental wellbeing.

Physical and Mental Health are both entirely interdependent. If we want to stay as mentally healthy as possible we need to exercise regularly, eat the right foods, work in an environment that shares our own values, have an opportunity to have a voice, building strong relationships and networks, have a good work/ life balance, get enough rest/ sleep and have a positive impact on the environment around us.

Everyone in the company is being encouraged to complete the 30-minute training so that we can develop a culture of care, where we look out for each other.

It is inevitable that at some stage in our lives, we or someone close to us will experience a mental health or emotional wellbeing challenge. These issues are a normal part of life. We can’t eliminate these challenges but by becoming a Tribe member we can guide fellow team members towards the help and support available.

Remember – it’s ok not to feel ok and it’s absolutely ok to ask for help. Show you care – one conversation at a time.
