Project 4 Field is an online platform which is used to monitor the compliance of subcontractors in respect of the requirements of the different departments; Sustainability (Environment and Social), Health & Safety, Quality and Temporary works.
Subcontractors are assessed against the company’s 11 Environmental KPI’s which consider the subcontractors’ environmental training, inspections and audits, ongoing monitoring and site environmental management performance.
The subcontractors complete a self-evaluation on the Project 4 Field online platform which is then reviewed and validated by Multiplex each month and actions for continual improvement are set.
The results of the assessment and the actions from the Sustainability Manager and Project Manager are then reviewed by the relevant departments and the Board of Directors to drive performance.
