Innovation Competition on Site

We have launched an Innovation Competition at our Pontoon Dock site in order to gather new and original ideas from everyone on site. We think that new initiatives do not necessarily have to come just from Head Quarters. We truly think that any creative solutions and ideas come from issues and needs encountered on site, and this site has provided a fantastic opportunity to be creative.

The problem we could have on site is to be aware about any new ideas and make sure they are communicated to the right persons in order to be implemented.

With this competition and incentives, we have been able to reward the operative who invented the Hoist Bells system made for three 14-storey buildings for the cost of only £500.
