Instagrid One Max Power Station

This contractor is using a battery powered power station that allows both 110v and 240v power to be supplied remotely, replacing traditional petrol powered generators.

The unit is environmentally beneficial as it produces less carbon emissions than a petrol generator and negates any issues with transport of fuel or storage of fuel. The unit produces less than 10dB noise pollution compared to the standard generator at approx 65dB. This benefits not only the operatives using the plant, but also the local environment will less noise being generated.

The unit is also lighter (20kg) than its petrol equivalent (25kg empty) meaning it is easier to manually handle than previous petrol units, thus reducing the risks associated with manually handling generators.
