International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women.

To support International Women’s Day on your site, you could do the following:

Support and participate in ‘Women in Construction’ events;
Have a robust equality and diversity policy ensuring men and women are treated equally;
Visit the ‘International Women’s Day’ website to view resources as well as finding out how you can support the event;
Encourage and promote the employment of women on your sites in all job roles.
