Interpreter Hi-Vis Jackets

The interpreter is easily recognisable with a hi-vis that states ‘Interpreter’ on the back, at the Buckingham Green project.

Having the interpreter identified helps people understand who can help translate to and from the diverse workforce, to help meet the needs and wellbeing of the operatives.

The operatives are also better supported and encouraged by improved communication for those whose first language isn’t English.

In addition, the interpreter being easily identifiable helps the site to provide current safety and risk information to operatives and visitors in their own language.

The site is benefited by being able to communicate works that need to be done, safety messages and any developments or changes that will happen.
