Jumpform rig – M-Tech jump form

We here at the Multiplex Principal Place Residential Project are using M-TECH JUMP FORM system which is first of this type system currently used in Europe.

Concrete core buildings are often associated with high risk works. However, M-TECH JUMP FORM offers many solutions addressing safety risk and making systems user friendly, faster and reusable from the sustainability point of view.

The rig can be constructed faster and safer due to prefabricated components, which are simply joined together, and adapted to fit the changing shape of the building. Due to the light materials used, the whole rig can be jumped earlier prior to the concrete achieving its full strength. You do not need to dismantle the rig prior to the jump, eliminating the risk of loose falling materials. The rig can be jumped in less than an hour depending on the set up and without the need of the crane time.

Due to the wide open space available on the rig it can accommodate: toilet facilities, stair access points, drinking water stations, full size fire points, first aid points, rescue baskets, full size waste skips, with additional access routes creating a safer working environment.
