LED Flood Lighting

The Form-A-light system has been implemented at Woodberry Down (KSS4).

The system is made up of 50 watt LED lamps which generate 4000-4500lm.

The lights are powered by a rechargeable battery which eliminate the need for trailing leads, therefore improving Health and Safety.

When running at 25%, the battery can last for 12 hours, but this reduces to three hours when running at 100% capacity.

Benefits:

  • Lower energy consumption and therefore reduces carbon emissions
  • Rechargeable battery eliminates trailing leads
  • Battery can be charged overnight when electricity rates are cheaper
  • Does not generate emissions onsite as traditional diesel powered tower lights do
