At the Broadway our wellness programme includes a section on ‘keep learning’. With so many critical subjects at the moment, we have started a “Lets Educate Ourselves” campaign and this is now filtered to the whole business, through the project Senior Office Manager and the companies Digital Content Lead and Social Sustainability Manager.

We aim to cover a subject every month and are covering both Black Lives Matter and Pride at the moment with gender equality being looked into next. The aim is to give people the opportunity through a number of mediums to learn about these subjects in their own time and own way and to gain a new perspective and open up healthy conversations and a better understanding of each other.

This also gives the diverse members of our project community to raise discussion points that are important to them. We encourage everyone to have a curious mind and approach this with care for others.
