Lifeshare Christmas Project
This contractor is partnered with Lifeshare Charity who help Manchester’s homeless. They lost their venue for their Christmas Project and therefore the contractor mentioned that their site welfare is closed during this period.
They secured the site, employed additional security during the event, risk Assessed the shower areas, toilets and canteen and transformed the welfare into the Christmas Project home including areas for doggy day care, outside seating area and a marquee for local musicians.
The venue offered showers, hot meals, a warm environment, craft area and a “creative” wall which allowed Lifeshare’s client to decorate the induction wall.
The contractor will also be undertaking the project again this Christmas.
