The Lighthouse Club have launched their ‘Help Inside the Hard Hat’ campaign to raise awareness of poor mental health within the construction industry. In the UK, two construction workers take their own lives every working day and stress, anxiety and depression account for a fifth of all work-related illnesses.

They ‘Help Inside the Hard Hat’ by providing a huge range of proactive support and resources for the construction community including their 24/7 Construction Industry Helpline, their free app and mental health training.

The industry can help them to ‘Help Inside the Hard Hat’ by spreading awareness within their workplace.

To help the industry raise awareness of the campaign they have made all of the resources available for the industry to download, free of charge.
