Lightweight Universal Formwork

Lightweight Universal Formwork was used for forming walls, slabs, columns and foundations. Polymer-coated fibres are the source material for the production of the material components. The product is particularly useful for smaller sites and sites that have low-noise requirements – as this does not require hammering when assembling.

Despite the material being extremely light , it has a high load-bearing capacity and is being used instead of the traditional plywood shuttering systems, as it will allow them to comply with the S61 noise levels and reduce crane usage/over-reliance.

The material is low weight making manual handling easier, doesn’t require a crane to manoeuvre around the site and there is zerowaste production, as all raw material used is processes to create the end product.
