The project team took part in a Q and A session on the Community Focus Show on The Eye. The Eye is an award-winning community radio station, run by volunteers, that broadcasts to residents living in the local area.
Questions asked by listeners about the scheme ranged from the provision for badgers to planting schemes and the duration of the works to the name of the new road.
The station has an estimated FM listenership of 37,500, and provides regular updates, on behalf of the NEMMDR scheme, on road closures etc.
