Lockers

Clean and well maintained welfare facilities should be provided for everyone on site.

It is vital that you look after your workforce and make them feel valued and appreciated. A happy, motivated workforce will be more productive.

Individual secure lockers should be provided for all staff to store personal and work-related belongings.

Many sites demonstrate superb welfare facilities and investment in their workforce, by providing the following:

  • Secure locker facilities and storage areas;
  • Manned lockers, similar to a cloakroom attendant system, to ensure personal belongings remained safe;
  • Heating and ventilation methods were provided in the locker and changing areas.
