Magic Therapy Sessions

Ballymore have started monthly ‘magic therapy sessions’ at their Royal Wharf project. The therapy is used to provide a short break from the stresses of work and life.

The therapy has been successful in reducing employee stress. Evidence of this was shown when the therapy successfully calmed the tension between two staff members who were previously arguing.

Staff at Ballymore have noted that the therapy is a fantastic escape from the pressures of work and allows them to clear their mind from issues or worries they are feeling.
