Manufacturing SFS Panels Offsite

In partnership with Net Zero Facades, this contractor developed an offsite method for manufacturing SFS panels, arriving fully assembled with boarding, windows, insulation, brackets, and rails.

This controlled factory process improves safety, reduces waste, and ensures precision.

Onsite waste and skip exchanges are significantly reduced, along with fewer material deliveries.

This initiative supports environmental targets and improves efficiency and marks a shift from traditional onsite assembly to smarter, sustainable construction practices.
