Costain Skanska JV has developed a Mental Health Awareness Pamphlet which will be distributed to all site personnel explaining the importance of mental health. The pamphlet contains advice on how to identify mental health issues, identifies the designated champions and trained Mental Health first aiders, and also provides support information should any wish to seek help or advice.

Mental Health is acknowledged as a serious issue and has been incorporated into our strategic targets to ensure that all projects and management teams manage Mental Health as a serious issue. Mental Health can also be a personal and private matter, which is why this booklet will help to bridge any boundaries for individuals who do not want to share their issues but would like to seek advice.

The pamphlet itself is simple and written in a language that is simple to read and digest; this will help to ensure a level of engagement as it has been written for the masses.
