Mental Health Matters

The construction sector has been dynamic, resilient and has demonstrated commitment throughout these times. It is great to see different companies working together in real times of need and as an industry, joining together to help each other.

Before the coronavirus pandemic, mental health was a fairly taboo subject; now it seems the norm that we ask each other if we are ‘ok’. It is important to remember that we can’t always see mental health issues and now more than ever, we need to support each other.

At DeTrafford we are working collaboratively with our supply chain who’s feedback has been supportive. We have impemented a ‘Your Mental Health Matters’ area on site for everyone to find information if they feel they need it.
