Mental Health Workshop

As part of this year’s Stop. Make A Change campaign, the contractor held a number of ‘Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace’ workshops at one of their store refurbishment sites.

The workshops were run by Mental Health First Aid England Licensed individuals. The interactive workshop, covered What is mental health?, the stress container, self care, stigma and discrimination, spotting the signs, take 10 together and signposting.

Over 20 people attended the workshops including project managers, quantity surveyors, site managers and joiners attend. They also opened this up to their agency workers and contractors and also the client’s merchandising and retail teams.
