Mental Health Workshops for Local Businesses

This contractor hosted a free, CPD accredited training afternoon around mental health and wellbeing for local businesses in the construction sector as well as other businesses and charities, this was also opened up to staff of the contractor.

They have had senior managers from other companies sign up which will help raise the profile of these issues in our industry.

This is not crisis intervention but teaching practical skills to cope with everyday challenges.

The contractor is aware that mental health issues are highest amongst men, men in the construction industry and men in the Highlands so this workshop will have a big affect in the area.
