Mick George Ltd contributes towards community Skate Park

Constructors should contribute towards the local community and leave behind a positive legacy.

After three years of planning, Higham Ferrers could finally open their skate park to the teenagers of their community, as a safe environment for young people to skate.

By donating £35,000 from our Communities Fund via the Grantscape scheme, Mick George Limited contributed towards the community, to help them build a much needed sports facility.

The Mick George Community fund provides grants to projects in Northamptonshire, Cambridgeshire and Lincolnshire that benefit the local communities and help them with the projects that matter to them.

Mick the Skip and Mick George Ltd Director Geoff Craven attended the official opening ceremony on Friday 20th February with professionals giving live demonstrations.
