Mini Toilet for Crane Drivers
The workforce should be made to feel valued, and a key way of ensuring this is providing adequate welfare facilities. Accommodating for all operatives is important when considering site welfare.

- The site provides crane drivers with mini toilets which allows them a more dignified way to urinate if they do not wish to come down from the cab.
- The mini toilets are environmentally friendly and crystallise on usage to avoid spills and odorous smells in the crane cab before disposal.
- The drivers appreciated the gesture and found the bags more convenient than leaving the crane cab.
