Motion Frame

Motion Frame is a Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) panelised wall system, made up of a traditional head track and 2 sided plasterboard sandwich panels with an insulated filling. The panels are lifted and installed by hand from the ground level with no working at height requirement. Once in position they are fixed in to place by adding ‘feet’ which are adjusted at the base to compress the system into position.

The Motion Frame system is designed to be completely reusable, meaning that all works can be dismounted and reinstalled in any orientation, this may prove to be an attractive end of life offer for clients and extend value to them beyond shell and core.

The benefits of Motion Frame to the industry are:

  • It removes the working from height requirement when installing boards
  • Carbon neutral goal
  • Zero waste and is fully demountable and re-usable
  • The product is “between 200% and 400%” quicker to install
  • Panelised system is fire and acoustic tested
  • The product removes the 2nd fix time and noggin installation requirement
  • Conduits can be pre-installed for services
