Multi-use crisis phone

Sometimes the difference to someone’s life can be just picking up the phone and talking to somebody.

This is even truer when that person on the other end is a qualified professional, ready to deal with the crisis at hand however big or small it may be.

The example below shows how one site realises this:

  • The company has provided a ‘independent specific crisis ‘phone’ for use by anyone on site to call any organisation about any concerns issues;
  • A list of ‘phone numbers is provided for various organisations from the NHS to a suicide helpline;
  • The ‘phone ensures the anonymity of the caller is preserved.
