Multi use facilities for the local community

As part of a usual construction set up, we often have a couple of spare rooms within our site cabins, in readiness for multiple meetings or visiting staff, which are therefore not used to their full capacity.

Our site team noticed during pre-construction that in the area that we were working there are a lot of small start up businesses and not many meeting rooms for hire in the local area like you find in most cities.

This led the team to advertise with the local church, community centre, sports centres, university and local businesses for the free use of our spare rooms as meeting areas.
