Reward Scheme for Near Miss Reporting

Our Site Engineer at Central Somers Town is introducing to his site a near-miss reporting initiative which will not only increase the donations for this year’s chosen Charity, Alzheimer’s, but will also have the added benefit of raising health and safety awareness on site.

The initiative requests that all site personnel remain vigilant and also report all health, safety, welfare and environmental near misses and close calls on a ‘Near Miss’ card.

For every near miss card received, the site will donate £1 to the Alzheimer’s charity.

Each month the person coming up with the best initiative to avoid future near miss incidents like those being reported will be awarded a £20 voucher.
