Neighbouring Contractor’s Coordination and Reuse of Materials

EARPS is surrounded by residential buildings but also by other construction sites.

The team got in touch with these neighbouring contractors and set up a monthly meeting with them all to share updates and coordinate works in view to reduce disturbances to residents but also to reduce material wastage.

This way, the site has reused left over bricks and dismantled hoarding timber from a neighbouring contractor, materials that would have usually been thrown away.
