New Mum and Baby Packs
This contractor collaborated with residents, local businesses and internal staff to create new mum and baby packs full of the essentials for the Maternity Ward and Harrogate Hospital Charity.
With a resident falling pregnant at the very beginning of the project and due at the completion date (a 9 month project) they thought it would be a great idea to get involved with the maternity ward.
After contacting the operations director, they teamed up with a local business within the project and had internal colleagues get involved in creating the packs. The QS asked his mother to knit beautiful hand knitted cardigans along with muslins, blankets, baby grows and other essentials. These were all hand delivered and gratefully received.
