NHS mental health services

The National Health Service offers mental health support for those struggling with conditions such as depression and anxiety.

The NHS’s dedicated mental health page directs to mental health services available in your area.

It also provides advice on specific conditions and on issues that can contribute to mental ill health, such as bereavement and financial worries.

For urgent but not life-threatening situations, call the NHS non-emergency number on 111. In an emergency, call 999.
