Non Contact Signing In App

The project team are using a new signing in station, which when you register a new user they get an invite to download the companion app.

Once they have downloaded the app they get a QR code, without touching the apparatus they then point their QR code at the screen and it signs them in and does the same for signing out.

If they do not want to download the app they can take a picture of their QR code and point that towards the screen. If the do not own a phone the project team can print off their QR code and laminate it.

This allows the project team to view who is onsite from their computer at any given time, allowing them to print off a fire drill attendance register with picture identity. The system stores all the records for attendance and for each company.
