This contractor has arranged for their assigned mental health first aider to come to site on a monthly basis to have a short sit down with a randomly selected group of site workers.

The group chosen will change from month to month and if anyone would like to request a sit down anonymously they can request one and be added to the list of randomly selected workers.

They have an appointed selector on site who will organise who gets seen in the sit down and keep everything anonymous.

Once the sit downs have been completed the mental health first aider will update the appointed site contact on changes that can be made on site to improve mental health on site.
