Online pre-induction to include training and medical requirements

All new personnel attending site need to be booked in advance, at a minimum of 24 hours notice, due to the nature and location of the site.

The online pre-induction includes identifying if a person is regarded as a Safety Critical Worker (e.g. a Lead or Asbestos Worker).

By identifying any Safety Critical Workers, Health Surveillance requirements are also recorded.

In addition, all new personnel need to have undertaken both Asbestos Awareness training, as a minimum one day CITB health and safety awareness training, and have a trade specific CSCS card.

The pre-induction requires this information to be uploaded onto the system, which saves time on the day and ensures that all attending site have the correct credentials beforehand.
