Online Safety and Workforce Induction Programme

Lane End Group has been working with experts from the industry to deliver a brand new system that will allow their business to induct site members and audit their activity and therefore safeguarding their business.

The system enables all site team members to conduct a range of learning modules, that in turn enhance personal safety and the safety of the team.

The system produces certificates for each site team member once they have completed the modules.

The system also produces a QR code for each individual, on entry into the site the gateman will ask to view the operatives QR code and site passport. Without this information site visitors may be refused entry.

The induction covers a range of induction processes including behaviour in the workplace, correct PPE, infectious diseases, working at height, manual handling, slips, trips and falls, fire safety and first aid.

As well as the induction, the system also requires a site specific induction. The site specific induction provides information on coronavirus safety, outlines a site map with parking information and facility information.
